Here are the different settings to adjust:
Overload Alarm Delay: If the current is over the Screw Maximum current for that delay, the
system goes in alarm.
Address of Analog Output Pressure regulator: Address of the analog output. Related to the
hardware installation (habitually 1)
Hopper Level Sensor: Address of the diaphragm switch (hopper). Related to the hardware
installation.
- Alarm Delay (sec): If the diaphragm switch is activated during all that delay, the
system goes in alarm.
o Then wait 5 minutes and restart the system. If diaphragm is still activated
for another Alarm Delay, system shutdown and wait 10 minutes. Restart
again and if the diaphragm switch is still activated, the 10 minutes waiting
sequence restart if the sequence start condition is on.
Pressure Threshold (PSI): Pressure value that the air regulator needs to be adjust.
Screw Maximum Current: Maximum current where the door will start to open.
Current Threshold: This value is added to the Screw Maximum current. The sum will be the
upper current limit. IF the current exceeds this value, the door pressure will be zero.
Open door if Equipment OFF: Allow to select an equipment (Habitually is separator pump). If
this equipment is OFF, the air pressure is release (door is open)
