PARTS IDENTIFICATION For ease of identification, all parts are labeled to correspond to the step number in which the part is used. Step 1 Attaching legs to headboard and side rail panels Side rail panels and storage assembly (Page 6) Step 2 Mattress support assembly (Page 7) Step 3... - Page 6 STEP 1 ATTACHING LEGS TO HEADBOARD AND SIDE RAILS SIDE RAIL PANELS AND STORAGE ASSEMBLY DETAIL A STEP 1.1 Gently lay the headboard and side rails on a clean, non-abrasive surface. STEP 1.2 Align and insert the threaded rods of the legs into the holes on the bottom of the headboard and side rails.
- Page 7 STEP 2 Support Arm MATTRESS SUPPORT ASSEMBLY DETAIL D STEP 2.1 Attach the support arms to the mattress support using Allen bolts (CC), lock washers and plain washers. See DETAIL D. (CC) STEP 2.2 Hang the mattress support on both side panels by using Allen bolts (CC), lock washers and plain washers to attach the support arms into the fixed nuts in the side vertical rails of the side panels.
- Page 8 STEP 3 HEADBOARD ASSEMBLY STEP 3.1 Hold the headboard to the back sides of the side panels. STEP 3.2 Use Allen bolts (AA) and (BB), lock washers and plain washers to attach the crib headboard to the side panels. See DETAIL F and DETAIL G. DETAIL F (BB) DETAIL G...
- Page 9 STEP 4 FRONT RAIL ASSEMBLY AND COVERING UNUSED HOLES STEP 4.1 DETAIL H Both ends of the front rail have holes for the bolt to pass through that correspond to the holes on the posts for both side rail panels with pre-installed nuts.
- Page 10 STEP 5 TODDLER RAIL ASSEMBLY STEP 5.1 Loose all the bolts in both ends of the front side rail to disassemble it. DETAIL J STEP 5.2 Slightly loosen the bolt at the back of the headboard just enough to set the toddler rail in between the side rails.
- Page 11 STEP 6 METAL BED FRAME ASSEMBLY DETAIL L STEP 6.1 Loose all the bolts in crib to disassemble the crib. (FF) STEP 6.2 Bring the heaboard to the upright position. STEP 6.3 On the bottom of the headboard there are holes for the bolt to pass through that correspond to the holes on the metal bed frame.
