1. Read all instructions before assembly crib. Keep instructions for future use.
2. Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers because they can cause suffocation.
3. Infants can suffocate in gaps between crib sides and a mattress that is too small.

CARE AND CLEANING
DO NOT scratch or chip the finish. DO NOT use abrasive chemicals for cleaning. If the crib is to be stored, store in a cool,
dry place and carefully package all original hardware to protect from loss.
TOOLS AND INSTALLATION
Tools needed: Key Wrench (included).
Two people are recommended for assembly.
When inserting bolts, turn clockwise until tight. Then loosen 1/2-3/4 of a turn. After bed is completely assembled,
return to each bolt and tighten.

- Page 6 C OLE C RI B ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Note: - Bed must be assembled by at least two people. - Please read instructions carefully before assembling bed. - Use the above parts and fittings list to identify each component. - Keep all packing materials until assembly is complete to avoid loss of smaller parts. - Do not completely tighten all bolts until all steps are finished.
- Page 7 CO LE CR I B STEP 3: Position the Masstres support (C) between the Side Frames (A). Then align L Pin (2) into the pre-drilled holes of the Mattress Support (C). B o tto m STEP 4: Attach the Mattress Support (C) using Insert Head (3), L Pin (2), and tighten with Allen Key (4).
- Page 8 C O LE C RI B STEP 5: Position the Stationary Side Rails (B) between the Side Frames (A) and align the holes. Then tighten using Bolt (1) and Allen Key (4). W A R N I N G : After crib is completely assembled, return to each bolt and tighten to snug fit.

Long Bolts 5/16 x 2-1/4 ”... - Page 10 C OLE C RI B STEP 6: Carefully unscrew and remove the 4 long bolts with spring washer on left/right sides of the Stationary Side Rail (B) using Allen Key ( 7) . STEP 7: Remove Stationary Side Rail (B) from the crib.
- Page 11 C OLE C RI B STEP 8: If the mattress support is not in the lowest position, loosen all tightened bolts from side frames. Spread front of crib open enough to remove Mattress Support (C), and move i t to the lowest position.
- Page 12 C OLE C RI B STEP 10: Attach the Toddler Rail (D) to the Side Frames (A) by securing with Long Bolts (5) and tighten with Allen Key (7). STEP 11: When converting the crib to toddler bed, the Short Bolt (6), and should be inserted in the upper holes of the Side Frame (A) and tighten with the Allen Key (7).
