5 Label and remove the 40-pin flat cable from the back of the status
display panel.
6 Move the defective status display panel towards the back of the
chassis, and then lift it out of the chassis (see B and C in the
diagram).
7 Set the replacement status display panel into position, and secure it
to the chassis by replacing the Phillips-head screws.
8 Reconnect the cable.
9 Replace the top cover and front bezel.
