ATTENZIONE

- Posizionare la batteria «3» nelsuo alloggia-
mento.
- Collegare nell'ordine il cavo po sitivo (+) e
quello negativo (-).
- Ricoprire terminali e morsetticon grasso neu-
tro o vaselina.
- Riposizionare il coperchio vano batteria.
Lunga inattività
Nel caso in cui il veicolo rimanga inattivo per
più di quindici giorni è necessario ri caricare la
batteria, per evitarne la solfatazione:
- Rimuovere la batteria e siste marla in un
luogo fresco easciutto.
Nei periodi invernali o quando il veicolo rimane
fermo, per evitarne il degrado, controllare la
carica periodicamente (cir ca una volta al
mese).
- Ricaricarla completamente uti lizzando una
ricarica normale.
Se la batteria rimane sul veicolo, scolle gare i
cavi dai morsetti.

- Place the battery «3» in its hous ing.
- Connect the positive lead (+)first and then the
negative one(-).
- Cover terminals and leads withneutral grease
or petroleum jel ly.
- Refit the battery compartmentcover.
Long periods of inactivity
If the vehicle is inactive longer than fifteen
days, it is necessary to recharge the bat tery to
avoid sulphation:
- Remove the battery and put itaway in a cool
and dry place.
In winter or when the vehicle remains stopped,
check the charge frequently (about once a
month) to avoid deteriora tion.
- Fully recharge with an ordinarycharge.
If the battery is still on the vehicle, dis connect
the cables from the terminals.

- Die Batterie «3» wieder an ihrem Sitz
anbringen.
- Zuerst das Kabel am Pluspol (+) und dann am
Minuspol (-) anschließen.
- Die Anschlüsse der Batteriekabel und die
Polklemmen mit Neutralfett oderVaselin
schützen.
- Den Deckel am Batteriefach wieder anbringen.
Längerer stillstand
Soll das Fahrzeug für mehr als fünfzehn Tage
nicht genutzt werden, muss die Batterie, um eine
Sulfatation zu vermeiden, aufgeladen werden.
- Die Batterie ausbauen und an einem kühlen
und trockenen Ort aufbewahren.
Während der Winterzeit, oder wenn das
Fahrzeug nicht genutzt wird, muss die Bat -
terieladung regelmäßig geprüft werden (ungefähr
einmal monatlich), um eine Be schädigung zu
vermeiden.
- Die Batterie mit Normalladung vollständig
aufladen.
Bleibt die Batterie im Fahrzeug, müssen die
Kabel von den Polklemmen getrennt werden.
