5.3 CFW100 FREQUENCY INVERTER

5.3.1 RS-485
To connect the CFW100 to the WCD-ED300 via the RS-485 communication interface using the Modbus-RTU
protocol, it is necessary to install on the CFW100 the accessory listed in
firmware versions are v1.0 and above.
Refer to the CFW100 RS-485 Serial Communication guide, which can be obtained from the download center at
www.weg.net, for additional information.
It is important to note that there is no Ethernet communication support for the CFW100.
