7.7.2 Monitoring fault-currents

Each (optional) fault current module provides two channels for monitoring residual or fault current. For
each of the channels an alarm and a pre-warning limit can be defined, which can be used as follows:

The present values of the monitored fault currents are visible via the menu of the instantaneous values:

Current value normal
Pre-warning limit violated
Alarm limit violated
Alarm: Configured limit for ON
Alarm: Configured limit for OFF
Pre-warning: Configured limit for ON
Pre-warning: Configured limit for OFF
Breakage of measurement line detected
