CAUTION: A new deck surface must used with each new running belt replace-
ment.
10. Use a dry clean cloth and wipe the inside of the belt and the top surface of the deck
clean of any dirt, dust, or debris.
11. Insert the deck, new side on top, into the running belt with the correct belt/deck dir-
ection of travel. The deck mounting holes indicate the back of the deck. Make sure the
running belt direction is installed correctly. There are two direction indicator arrow
logos printed on the inside of the belt right edge.
12. Make sure the running belt direction is correct (direction logos) and set the running
belt and deck onto the frame mounting brackets. Make sure that the deck to frame
side spacing is equal distance on both sides.
Take-up roller installation
13. Insert the Take-up roller through the inside of the running belt and set the roller into
the left and right mounting brackets.
IMPORTANT: For used Take-up roller replacement, make sure the left/right ori-
entation is maintained (same as originally installed).
CAUTION: Make sure the Take-up roller does not drag across the deck surface
while inserting through the running belt causing damage to the deck surface.
14. Hand start and reinstall the left and right running belt tension adjustment bolts. Hand
tighten the bolts, do not fully tighten.
15. Reinstall the left and right roller bridges. Fully tighten fasteners.
