11. Operations

11.1 NORMAL OPERATION
Power on
When the power is applied to 505R, the Red LED is turned on.
Registered card reading
When a registered card (or PIN) is read, the Door (Relay #1) will open for 3 seconds (Default)
with the Green LED on.
Exit Button
To request an exit from the inside, an Exit Button (or an Exit Reader) can be used.
The Door (Relay #1) will open for 3 seconds with the Green LED on.
Alarms
When an unregistered card is read, the access is denied and the alarm (Relay #2) will be
activated for 3 seconds with the Yellow LED on.
11.2 DEFAULT SETTING
When you operate the 505R for the first time or want to initialize the 505R, the controller will setup
all value defaults (factory settings). You can change the settings for the desired application.
Please refer to the APPENDIX for the default setting values.
