Vervanging riem 12 (tek. 10)
borstelaandrijving (hoofd- en
zijborstels)
Wanneer u deze riem vervangt,
controleert u tegelijkertijd ook riem 7 (tek. 10).
Als deze slijtage vertoont, de riem vervangen om
onnodige (de)montage te voorkomen.
Volg de handelingen uit de punten 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-
8-9-10-11 van paragraaf " Vervanging drijfriem
rechter zijborstel".
Spanning riem 12 borstelaandrijving
(tek. 10)
Elke 40 werkuren de spanning van
bovengenoemde riem op de volgende manier
controleren:
1) Draai de twee moeren 1 los.
2) Draai de twee moeren 2 los.
3) Til steun 3 van de elektromotor naar boven.
!! Attentie
4) Controleer of riem 12 de juiste spanning heeft
om problemen aan de riem zelf en aan de
elektromotor te voorkomen.
5) Moeren 1 en 2 weer aandraaien.

Changing the main and side brush
drive belt 12
Similarly, when replacing the belt, it is
also advisable to check the brush drive belt 7 (fig.
10). If the belt is worn, replace it to avoid wasting
time by dismantling the parts later.
Carry out the operations described in points 1-2-
3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11 of the "Fixing the right side
brush secondary drive belt" section.
Tightening the brush drive belt 12
(fig. 10)
Every 40 hours work check the
tensioning of the brush control belt as follows:
1. Slacken off both lock nuts 1;
2. Slacken off lock both nuts 2;
3. Slide the electric motor support 3 upwards.
Warning!
4. Make sure belt 12 is correctly tensioned to
prevent inconveniences to the belt itself and
to the motor.
5. Re-tighten nuts 1 and 2.

Sustitución correa 12 control cepillos
(central y lateral)
Igualmente es aconsejable, cuando se
sustituye la correa, comprobar también el estado
de la correa 7 de control cepillos (fig. 10). Si se
advierte que la correa está deteriorada, es
necesario sustituirla con el fin de evitar pérdidas
de tiempo para nuevos desmontajes particulares.
Efectuar las operaciones mencionadas en los
puntos 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11 del capítulo
"Sustitución correa control cepillo lateral
derecho".
Tensión de la correa 12 de control
cepillos (fig. 10)
Cada 40 horas de trabajo, controlar la
tensión de dicha correa, actuando de la siguiente
forma:
1. Aflojar las dos tuercas 1.
2. Aflojar las dos tuercas 2.
3. Levantar el soporte 3 del motor eléctrico.
¡Atención!
4. Prestar atención a que la correa 12 tenga una
correcta tensión para no crear inconvenientes
a la correa misma y al motor.
5. Apretar de nuevo las tuercas 1 y 2.
