38. Cut the 1/8" dowel to 2 lengths that are
1-13/16" in length. Install in the fuselage, as
shown on the plans.
39. Hinge the elevator to the stabilizer using hinge tape,
as shown on the plans. There should be a small
(1/64") gap between the parts. Do the same for the
rudder and vertical fin.
40. Glue the vertical fin into the horizontal stabilizer.
MAKE SURE that they are perpendicular (90 degrees)
to each other!!!!
