15. Remove the 4 screws from the inside of
the door. Screw the front panel to these
positions with the help of the attached 4
(i) screws.
The front panel has been successfully
mounted.
Adjusting the door's
accessibility
You can adjust how easy or difficult it is to
open the dishwasher door. This setting is of-
ten required after the front panel has been
mounted. You can change the spring force of
the door by turning both lower screws.
• Turn the screw counter-clockwise to ad-
just the door more smoothly.
• Turn the screws clockwise to make it
harder to open the door.

Water hardness level

Hard water will cause calcification within the
dishwasher. Also, more dishwasher deter-
gent will be required to clean the dishes. Soft
water increases foaming.
For this reason, the degree of hardness
of the water has to be determined and ad-
justed even before the first use. You can
determine the water hardness from your
water bill or enquire about the degree of
hardness at the water supply company.
The appliance is factory-set to the H3 hard-
ness level.

Close the dishwasher door.

If the dishwasher is switched on,
switch it off.
Do not allow more than 1 minute to elapse
between the following actions, otherwise the
adjustment process will be interrupted.
1. Switch the dishwasher on with the button
(1).
2. Hold the button
(10) in until the LEDs
(12) and
(13) blink alternately.
You can consult the following table for the
relevant water hardness setting:

3. Press the button
(10) until the desired
hardness level has been displayed.
