Connecting the fault contact
The CCU has a fault contact. When the CCU is
operating correctly, the OK pins of the connector are
internally connected. In the case of faults, the Fail pins
are internally connected.

Connecting the RS232 serial
ports
The CCU has 2 RS232 ports to interface with control
PCs or remote controllers (Open Interface). To connect
control PCs, use a wire-to-wire cable. See figure 8.12 for
an example of connecting a RS232 port of the CCU to a
PC using a wire-to-wire cable.
