18.2.2 Interior
The interior of the network splitter (see figure 18.2)
contains the following:
9 Tap-off power source - A jumper that specifies
whether the tap-offs are powered from the system or
use an external power supply connected to the
network splitter. See the label at the rear side of the
lid for information about the jumper settings.
10 Follow main network - Do not change this.
11 Tap-off 2 power limiter - A jumper that limits the
power supplied to tap-off 2. If the tap-off asks for
more power than allowed, the tap-off is shut down.

12 Tap-off 1 power limiter - A jumper that limits the
power supplied to tap-off 1. If the tap-off asks for
more power than allowed, the tap-off is shut down.
