PIECES FOR THIS STAGE 29A Main body of radiator 29E Upper radiator hose CM Screws 1.7×3 mm (x 2)* 29B Rear panel of the radiator 29F Lower radiator hose EM Screws 2×3×6 mm (x 3)*...
- Page 4 STAGE 29 29.1 the rear panel of the radiator 29B on top of the main body 29A, which has a linchpin on the upper side. Pay attention: the bottom of the rear panel has two holes that are partly in the raised edge.
- Page 5 STAGE 29 29.5 the whole piece over and find the two linchpins on the water pump 16B, which stick out over the back of the engine. Slide the upper radiator hose 29E onto the linchpin at the top, and the lower radiator hose 29F onto the linchpin on the side.

- Page 9 STAGE 30 30.3 nsert two LM screws in the holes shown clearly in the illustration. USEFUL TIP Self-tapping screws are used to join the metal parts, like those of the chassis. If you encounter any difficulty in tightening them, take the screw out and remove any burrs.

USEFUL TIP When you have to use a lot of screws to join two parts together, it is best to use a criss-cross tightening sequence, which consists of gradually tightening opposite screws alternately.
