STAGE 9 the front section of chassis and position the cover plate 1 9H on the right beam of the chassis 5A, with the smooth side of the cover plate facing upwards. Attach the cover plate using two type CM screws. the same side of the chassis 5A, insert the engine mount plate 9K into the rectangle groove in the beam.

STAGE 9 OsiTiOn the suspension ball joint 9E between the two nserT the suspension bump stop 9C into the hole in side plates on the lower control arm 9B. Attach the pieces the lower control arm 9B next to the shock absorber together with a type FM screw.

STAGE the front section of the chassis 5A upside down. Position the engine guard plate 7A and the stabilizer bar 7D you made in stage 7 on the front crossmember 6A. Align the holes and attach the pieces together with three type CM screws and two type KM screws, using the holes shown in the illustration.

STEERING AND RIGHT STAGE SUSPENSION With the pieces attached to the tenth stage, you can assemble the parts of the steering system and continue assembling the front right suspension. STAGE 10 10.1 10.2 nserT the cylindrical end of one of the tie rod end one ball joint 10A into the third-to-last hole in links 10F into the eyes of the left tie rod anchor 10D the central bar 10C. Line up the hole in the ball joint (indicated with the letter “L”).

STAGE 10 10.6 the chassis you have built so far and position it as shown in the illustration. Insert a ball joint 10A into the second hole in the left end of the central bar 10C. Insert it into the forked end of the left tie rod 5D. Join them together with a type JM screw.

STAGE 10.9 carefully at the front suspension stay rods 10G: they are slightly bent. Take one stay rod 10G and insert its shortest segment into the indicated small hole in the lower control arm 9B. Insert the other end of the stay rod 10G into the hole in the front chassis crossmember 6A.

STAGE 11 11.6 O finish mounting the wheel on the section of the chassis you have built so far, press the hub cover 11E onto the middle of the rim 11B. STAGE 11 FINAL RESULT Both of the front wheels are now mounted on the chassis of the model you are building.

STAGE 12 12.1 the bracket 12F and the gearbox oil pan 12E together, ensuring that the pieces are facing the same way as those in the illustration. To make the assembly stable, use two type AM screws. 12.2 the left side, piece 1, of the gearbox crankcase 12A and align the hole in its linchpin with the transverse hole in the bracket 12F.
