The AIR BALANCE PASSWORD menu item allows the operator to change the air balance password. The operator has to
enter the current password ( Password is ) for the AIR BALANCE PASSWORD and then press the Enter key. Next the
operator enters a New Password (a four character password 0 through 9/A through F) and then press the Enter key. The
password changes only if the current password ( Password is ) was correct.

Operator Level

Selecting the Operator Level menu item from the MODIFY PASSWORDS Main Menu displays following screen.

The Operator Level menu item allows the operator to select the level (1 through 4) to change the password. The operator
enters the required level ( Level#? ) to change the password and then presses the Enter key. When the operator enters a level
of 1 and presses the Enter key, the display returns to the MODIFY PASSWORDS Main Menu, since no password is required
for level 1. Next, the operator must enter the current four character (0 through 9/A through F) password ( Password is ) for the
level just selected and then press the Enter key. The operator then enters a New Password (a four character password 0
through 9/A through F) and then press the Enter key. The password changes only if the current password was correct.
NOTES: The passwords are visible on the HHT display as they are entered by the operator.
All passwords are stored in non-volatile memory. The operator should record any new passwords and place them in
a secure place. There is no way to restore the default passwords if a changed password is lost or forgotten.
CAUTION
For jobs using Care/LiveCare, it is recommended that the configuration level (4) password be modified as soon as the
HHT is received. If an operator makes configuration changes on a job using Care/LiveCare, the database will be
destroyed.

Clear Node Numbers

Selecting the Clear Node Numbers menu item from the HHT FUNCTIONS Main Menu is used to remove all node number
assignments from the node number table stored in EEPROM of the HHT. Select Clear Node Numbers menu item from the
HHT FUNCTIONS Main Menu and then press the Enter key. The HHT speaker beeps and the following screen displays.

If the operator selects the Yes menu item and then presses the Enter key, the HHT clears all 48 bit node assignments in its
table. If the operator selects the No menu item and then presses the Enter key, the HHT returns to HHT FUNCTIONS Main
Menu.
