Configure ONE Leak Test PROGRAM for the Leak Test Channel.

While referring to Figure 8–1 (on page 77), perform the following steps:
1. On the touchscreen monitor, select the "Parameters" function set tab.
2. Select the Leak Test Channel tab [A] that corresponds to the Leak Test Channel that
you just hooked up per the instructions in the previous section.
3. On the Program List [B], select the first program on the list.
Verify on the Currently Selected Program [C] display that the program you selected
now appears. Correct this if not the program you selected in this case the first one.
4. On the Program Settings screen section [D], select the "PARAMETERS" tab [E].
5. Verify that the "TYPE TEST" field is always set to "LEAK".
If it is not, then correct it immediately.
6. Referring to the PARAMETERS definitions given in Chapter 10, look over all settings
fields and their values, and input or edit them as needed per the instructions given
in the same chapter.
Pay particular attention to the value limits in the definitions of each parameter field
on the PARAMETERS tab screen, as these may affect your testing.
For example, if you set the overall test air pressure to 45 PSI, and for a specific
leak test channel the MAX FILL parameter in the program assigned to that channel is
set to 40 PSI, then the test cycle will not complete on that leak test channel since
the test air pressure exceeds the MAX FILL setting designated for that channel.
7. On the toolbar, select the
not already displayed.
Use your pointer to drag the Front Panel [G] somewhere below the SPECIAL CYCLE
data display, but ensure it does not cover any other displays.
