18. Install Arm Holder by placing over pole and sliding down to just
above desired height. Partially insert Collar Pin into corresponding
hole. Simultaneously move the Arm Holder down while further
inserting the pin until the Arm Holder is resting on the Collar Pin
and the tip of the pin is inserted into the Arm Holder through hole.

19. "COUPON ARM" – Remove contents from box. Remove
nylon cable tie securing cable to arm. Install Coupon Arm into
Arm Holder using the two Pivot Lock Pins. See Figures 21 and
22.

20. Connect the Coupon Arm cable to the back of the machine. See
Figure 23.

21. Connect Power Cord to back of machine. Place fused Power Input
Module rocker switch in the "I" (On) position. See Figure 24.

NOTE: Surge protector (or surge suppressor) may be used to protect
the electronic components of the machine from input power surges.
