STAND ASSEMBLY
The Stand Assembly is comprised of the Clamp and Pole Assembly,
Arm Holder, Coupon Arm, two Pivot Lock Pins and a Collar Pin. The
Clamp and Pole Assembly should be securely affixed to work space
surface before use.
ARM HOLDER
The Arm Holder slides up and down the pole and rest on the Collar
Pin. The Coupon Arm is placed in the Arm Holder and locked in
position with the two Pivot Lock Pins. The arm can be placed in six
different positions dependent on desired weld.

POLE
Hole numbers 1 through 9 indicate position of welding for program
accuracy. The position that the Coupon Arm is located is read by
identifying the numbered hole that the Collar Pin has been inserted
into. The angle of the arm can be adjusted by turning the Pole Position
Lock Knob counter-clockwise to loosen tension on the pole, moving
the arm to desired location and turning the knob clockwise to again
tighten.
