Flash memory has a bad checksum or a read-back value that was
different from the memory write value. This happens if the Flash is
bad, or if the card was interrupted while saving. You can still test Flash
memory and attempt to upload and download. If a memory test or
save is successful (Provision Erase, Clear Memory commands), the
flash memory status may change back from Bad to Good.
Flash memory failed the initial write/read-back sequence and is either
not responding or is not installed.
Flash memory on that card is not running the version 12.00 firmware
or above. You can check this by noting the firmware version in the
Display Configuration command response. The card's running
firmware version will read "A Pre-12.00 Version".
