System configuration

The configuration and administration of the MCR at the local site are identical to the standard
system configuration and administration and do not require special considerations.
However, there are some initial setup functions that must be considered at the local and the
remote sites. These functions are administered over the MMI port connected to a terminal or
a TTY at the local or remote site.
