Preset Phrases

Label Printer memory contains a number of commonly used expressions that are attrac-
tively laid out. You simply select the phrases you want to use and print it.
Important!
• Be sure to read "Part 9 Printing" before trying to perform a printing operation.

To print a preset phrases

Example: To print the preset phrases "AIR MAIL".
1. Press PRESETS.
2. Use K and L to highlight PHRASES, and then
press SET.
3. Use K and L until the phrases you want appears on the display.
4. While the text you want is displayed, press PRINT to start the print operation.
• Before printing a preset phrases, you can use IMAGE to view what the phrases will look
like when it is printed. See "To show the image display" for details.

Numbering

The numbering item in the presets memory prints a series of labels that are sequentially
numbered. Each time you perform a printing operation, the number increases by 1 auto-
matically.
• Numbers can be up to four digits long (from -999 to 9999).
• You can print up to 50 labels per operation. If you want to produce more than 50 num-
bered labels, you should repeat the following procedure as many times as necessary.

• Be sure to read "Part 9 Printing" before trying to perform a printing operation.

To print a numbered series

Example: To print a numbered series in the format "NUMBER 111" to "NUMBER 123".
1. In the text input screen, input the text "NUMBER 111".
• You can make font, attribute, and other specifications when inputting your text. The
specifications you make here will also be applied to the numbers that are printed
along with the text.
