Checks and Adjustments

Checking the lifting column movement

The system is switched on.
Extend and retract the lifting column completely. At the same time, make sure that the
energy chain moves properly with it and there are no cables in the way of the mechani-
cally moving parts and make sure cables are not being crushed.

Checking the orbital movement

Release the orbital brake.
Turn the C-arm into both orbital end positions.
Turn the C-arm orbitally back into 0° position.
Reactivate the orbital brake.

Checking the angulation movement

Release the angulation brake.
Turn the C-arm into both angulation end positions.
Turn the angulation back to the 0° position.
Reactivate the angulation brake.

Checking the horizontal movement

Release the horizontal movement brake.
Move the horizontal carriage from end position to end position.
Move the horizontal carriage into several positions and release it.
Reactivate the horizontal movement brake.

Emergency stop of motorized unit movements

Press the Emergency Stop switch
Unlock the Emergency Stop switch again.

The lifting column movement must stop on its own in its end positions.
The cables of the cable module must be properly wound up and down on the
respective cable drum.
The C-arm must not move on its own accord in any position.
The cables around the angulation axis must move correctly.
The cables must not be taut in the end positions of the angulation axis.
The force required should be approximately the same over the entire distance.
The horizontal carriage must not move on its own accord.
The vertical lifting column and the motorized support of the orbital movement
must not operate any longer.
