ENGINE OPERATION
1. Water inlet

1. Close the throttle to reduce the engine
speed and shift into neutral.
2. Put the reverse lock lever in the FREE

position.
1. Reverse lock lever
2. Tilt up position (FREE)
3. Tilt down position (LOCK)
3. Tilt the outboard motor up into desired
shallow water running position and put
the reverse lock lever in the LOCK
position.
