1. Fix the protection bar mounting bracket to the sensor with the two hexagon-socket-head

bolts for adjusting mounting angle [M3 (length 7mm)]. (Tightening torque: 0.6N·m or less)

2. Fix the protection bar to the protection bar mounting bracket with the hexagon-

socket-head bolt [M5 (length 20mm)]. (Tightening torque: 2.5N·m or less) (Note 1)

3. In case of using the intermediate supporting bracket, temporarily fix the intermediate

supporting bracket to the mounting surface with the hexagon-headed bolt [M8 (length

16mm)]. Further, in case of using the protection bar intermediate supporting bracket also,

temporarily fix the protection bar intermediate supporting bracket to the mounting surface

with the hexagon-socket-head bolt [M8 (length 16mm)]. (Note 2)

4. Temporarily fix the protection bar mounting bracket with the hexagon-socket-head bolt

[M8 (length 16mm)].

5. Match the position of the emitter and the receiver to the same level by adjusting within the

range of the oblong hole, and then securely tighten the hexagon-socket-head bolts [M8

(length 16mm)].

6. After adjusting the intermediate supporting bracket and the protection bar, completely

tighten the hexagon-socket-head bolt [M8 (length 16mm)].

Notes: 1) In case of using this product on its own, fit the accessory spacers between the protection bar

mounting bracket and the protection bar. However, in series connection, the spacers are not used.

2) The protection bar intermediate supporting bracket is enclosed with the front protection bracket for

40 beam channels, or more. Use it when the protection bar bends a lot.

3) The protection bar intermediate supporting bracket is for rear mounting and side mounting in

common.
