command value" in order to be able to enter this value later in this R parameter
R522.
5.
Increase the R522 value further until 290 bar (≈7.0 Volt) is shown on the HP
pressure gauge. Note this value as "HPmin command value" and enter it in
R parameter R521.
6.
Enter the value of "HPmax command value" noted in step 5 in R parameter R522.
The HP and LP command values are now correctly set. They may slightly drift
due to thermal conditions and may have to be readjusted. To this end, steps 1
and 4 to 7 must be repeated.
7.
Increase the voltage on the LP potentiometer until the LP pressure gauge
indicates 80 bar.
The low pressure is now correctly set and the potentiometer should be sealed in
this position.

Referencing the axis

After each disconnection of the voltage supply to the HNC100, a reference cycle
must be run to the upper mechanical stop, because an incremental position
measuring system is used, which loses its actual position value in the event of a
power failure. Referencing is carried out in operating mode 53 as described in
Chapter 9 "Operation" from page 81 onwards.
When changing over to operating mode 52, the axis is first moved to the upper
mechanical stop and then referenced. Then, automatic zero point calibration is
carried out.
Referencing and zero point calibration are completed, when output OUT7 of the
HNC100 is set to High. The operating mode 52 can only be executed successfully if
the low pressure is 80 bar ±5 bar.
Otherwise, error code 55 is set.

8.1.10 Checking the actual position values and max. stroke

Select operating mode 33 on the HNC100 side by means of R parameter R454 "new
mode". By entering +1 V and -1 V in R499 "control loop value" the punching axis is
moved to the upper and lower positive stop, and the position values are checked
with A variable A001 "actual position value". The upper positive stop must be at
40.000 mm, the lower at -0.200 mm. The position tolerance of the lower positive
stop is ±0.2 mm. The upper positive stop has a tolerance of ±0.01 mm.
By setting IN3 (+24 V) you can move the punching axis under open-loop control to
the lower positive stop. All the other inputs must be set to 0 V. By clearing IN3 (0 V)
you can move the punching axis to the upper positive stop. Check the position in the
upper and the lower positive stop! The upper positive stop must be at 40.000 mm,
the lower at -0.200 mm. The position tolerance of the lower positive stop is ±0.2 mm.
The upper positive stop has a tolerance of ±0.01 mm.
