Commissioning the HNC100 and electronics

The HNC100 can be configured and operated using WIN-PED® version 6 or 7. The
user interfaces of the two software versions differ, but both comprise detailed online
help that you download together with the software, and in which the configuration is
described step by step.
To be able to visualize measured data, both WIN-PED® versions require the additional
software "WinView" in version 3.5.0.0
on the website http://www.boschrexroth.com/hnc100 .
For new applications we recommend the use of WIN-PED® 7.
8.1.2.1 Installing WIN-PED® with WinView
A detailed description can be found in the operating instructions of the HNC100,
30139-B.

After having installed WIN-PED® version 6 and saved WinView version 3.5.0.0 on
your computer, execute the installation by double-clicking on file
winview_3_5_0_0_setup.exe. You will be guided through the installation and can
also make a language selection German/English for the program.
2. When executing the program WIN-PED® you are prompted to select a WinView
version. Select version 3.5.0.0 that you downloaded before. To re-integrate
WinView after the initial installation, select menu item "Select WinView" in the
menu "Edit".
3. Then insert your WIN-PED® Project. For WIN-PED® version 6, this is, for
example, project "EPS_High_20to_Punch_Control_3X_V1_9.pr" or higher. To this
end, select menu item "Open" in the "Edit" menu" and select the project file.
WIN-PED® 6 then opens the start-up screen with the project.

Double-clicking on the project shown will lead you to an overview of the individual
program parts.
