Remedy
Ensure sufficient ventilation for the power unit at
the place of installation
Minimize operation with idle strokes, select
suitable stroke lengths
Locate and eliminate leakage
Replace defective components
Examine oil cleanliness
Test function by open-loop-controlled operation as
described in Chapter 8 "Commissioning"
In open-loop controlled operation, the actual valve
value provides information whether the valve is
damaged so heavily that it vibrates. If defective,
the valve must be replaced.
Do not exceed the permissible vibration stress
(during initial commissioning of a new machine
series, the permissible vibration should be
checked in cooperation with Bosch Rexroth).
Inspect wiring and check electrical signals with the
help of measuring equipment and the diagnosis
function of WIN-PED®. If required, replace
electronic components and correct wiring.

Check function and actuation of the accumulator
charging valve.
