4.
After the replacement, check and correct the valve zero point, see Chapter
8.1.14 "Adjusting the zero point of the high-response valve" on page 73.

11.5.3 High-response valve Advanced STW365

1.
Loosen the 4 M16 screws.
2.
Take the mounting screws out.
3.
Push the high-response valve out of the mounting cavity by turning two M20
threaded rods with two locknuts as screw heads into the mounting bore.
4.
When installing a new valve, observe the correct position of the locating pin.
5.
After the replacement, check and correct the valve zero point, see Chapter
8.1.14 "Adjusting the zero point of the high-response valve" on page 73.

11.5.4 High-response valve H-4WEH 10

When installing this valve, observe the correct orientation.

For the purpose of checking the velocity, set POP R423 to 30 mm, and PUP R425 to
10 mm and record the punching strokes with WIN-PED®. See to it that the variable
MD.P004.1, actual velocity value, is recorded as well.
The velocity for extending and retracting must be 290 ±10 mm/s.
For adjusting the velocity, loosen both locknuts (1). Completely turn out both stroke
limiting screws (2), then turn in again by 1.5 turns.
Adjusting the downward movement, stroke limitation on A-side:
If the velocity is too high or too low, increase or reduce the velocity by ±32.5 mm/s
by turning the screw 1/4 turn.
To reduce the flow: Turn the stroke limiting screw clockwise.
To increase the flow: Turn the stroke limiting screw counter-clockwise.
Tighten the locknut to a tightening torque of ±30 Nm. After having tightened the
locknut, recheck the velocity.
Adjusting the upward movement, stroke limitation on B-side:
If the velocity is too high or too low, increase or reduce the velocity by ±22.5 mm/s
by turning the screw 1/4 turn.
To reduce the flow: Turn the stroke limiting screw clockwise.
To increase the flow: Turn the stroke limiting screw counter-clockwise.
Tighten the locknut to a tightening torque of ±30 Nm. After having tightened the
locknut, recheck the velocity.
