General
The lines should be installed so that the test points marked with "M.." on the block
are still accessible.
Install the tank line in an S-shape as shown above. The upper edge of the pipe must
never extend beyond the point of diameter reduction of the tank damper. In addition,
install the tank line with a continuing slope to the tank without any narrowings.
The damper line must be installed so that it features a continuous slope towards the
tank (see Fig. 9: "Piping of the SYEPS punching system" on page 35).
Mounting position and piping – use flexible hoses to separate the machine and the
power unit in terms of vibration.
7.4 Recommended accessories
We recommend the use of the following accessories for connecting the axis control
SYHNC-NIB-3X, the punching axis SYEHL and the power unit. These accessories are
not included in the scope of delivery, but can be ordered separately from Bosch
Rexroth:
