PROBABLE CAUSE
Enable switch not activated
Function not activated within the 3 seconds after
enable switch was depressed
Enable switch not functioning properly
Lift control switch inoperative
Hydraulic system oil low
No power supply
Restricted or broken supply line on valve bank or
hydraulic pump
Control valve not functioning properly
Defective dump valve on cylinder
Lift cylinder not functioning properly
Hydraulic pump not functioning properly
Enable switch not activated
Function not activated within the 3 seconds after
enable switch was depressed
Enable switch not functioning properly
Load capacity exceeded. (Personnel and/or equip-
ment.)
Hydraulic system oil low
Broken or binding pivot pin
Restricted or broken hydraulic line or fitting
Control valve not functioning properly
Lift cylinder not functioning properly
Pump does not respond when lift control switch is
moved to the up position
No electrical signal being sent to lift up control valve
cartridge
Enable switch not activated
Function not activated within the 3 seconds after
enable switch was depressed
Enable switch not functioning properly
Pump does not respond when lift control switch is
moved to the down position
No electrical signal being sent to lift down control
valve cartridge
Lift down control valve cartridge not functioning

REMEDY
Activate enable switch
Reactivate enable switch
Replace enable switch circuit card
Repair or replace lift control switch
Replenish oil as necessary
See wiring diagram
Clean, repair or replace line
Repair or replace valve
Repair or replace dump valve
Repair or replace lift cylinder
Repair or replace hydraulic pump
Activate enable switch
Reactivate enable switch
Replace enable switch circuit card
Reduce load. (Refer to capacity placard.)
Replenish oil as necessary
Repair or replace pivot pin
Clean, repair or replace line or fitting
Repair or replace control valve
Repair or replace lift cylinder
