minimum transmitter power necessary to carry out
the desired communications.

*Selects the ratio of sleep cycles to awake cycles
(Mode 1/ Mode 2/ Mode 3). The higher the number
the longer the battery lasts. The higher number
increases the RX sleep cycle, but you may miss the
first few syllables before the RX opens.
