Press 1 if you want to select additional settings. The display returns
to the Setup Send menu––OR––Press 2 if you are finished choosing
settings and go to Step 7. The screen prompts you to enter the fax
number.
MEMORY
ENTER FAX NO.

Enter the fax number, and press Start. The machine will wait until
the time you have entered to send the fax.
Broadcasting
Using the numbers you have stored in Groups, One Touch and Super Tel-
Index memory, you can "broadcast" faxes automatically to up to 48
different locations in a few simple steps.

Insert the document in the feeder.

Press Help/Memory. The screen displays how much memory is
available.

Enter the One Touch and Super Tel-Index numbers (one after the
other) or Group Number you have stored.

Press Start. The machine stores the document in memory, then
transmits it to all the numbers you entered. If the line is busy, the
machine will retry.
Press Stop during transmission to cancel the current fax broadcast.

Next-Fax Reservation

Even if your fax is receiving another fax, you can set your machine to
send your fax next. This way, you don't have to wait for it to finish
sending or receiving the other fax. You can dial this fax call manually, or
by using Redial or One Touch dialling. (When you use One Touch Dial,
only the memory location––not the name of the person you're calling––
is displayed.)

Insert the documents in the feeder. If necessary, press Resolution to
adjust resolution.

Enter the fax number.

Press Start.

Press Set. The screen displays

To cancel the reservation, remove the documents and press Stop.
