MAINTENANCE

The control box does not need any particular maintenance operation.
After a maximum of 20.000 operations, is necessary an extraordinary maintenance of motor control box and relative
internal inspection of tap changer, verifying the wear of contacts, transmission gears, including the elastic pins fixing
various shafts and fittings.
However we suggest verifying, every 3-6 months, the internal devices as relays (HL1/HL2/HL3/HL4/SH1/SH2) heater
and so on, and to check condense has been not formed. In that case regulates the thermostat at a temperature, just a
bit more elevates. Ready also the enclosed specific motor instruction.
It is recommended, once a year, if tap changer has been always in the same position, to perform at least 10 switching
manoeuvre across its full range. In this way will be avoided that a thin film build-up on the active parts of fixed and
moving contacts, due to oxidation, impurities, waste deposit in the oil and to guard against "pyrolitic" carbon formation
which can occur when contacts remain on one position for long periods. Before and after this self-cleaning operation,
would be useful check the efficiency of tap changer by a resistance of phase's measurement.

VERIFICATION OF CPU INPUT IN STAND-BY

Push one time the push-button 2 on CPU – it will appear the date
Push the push-button 4 and will appear the inputs
Push once again the push-button 4 is possible to see the outputs
In case of problem verify the inputs.
