REPLACING THE UC BOARD -
Part number: CPU BOARD: 46372
Nota: The CPU board is connected to the PUI board with the long white connector – 3 red
LED on it are always ON in normal functioning, if one red LED is OFF, you have to replace
the CPU board.
Remarque : La carte UC est connectée à la carte PUI à l'aide du grand connecteur blanc. 3
LED rouge sont en permanences allumées en fonctionnement normale.Si une des LED
rouge est éteinte, vous devez changer la carte UC.
Dismantling operation -
Remove the electronic rack : see Chapter LS100-22 – and then remove laser control
board : see chapter LS100 - 30
Déposer le rack électronique :Voir chapitre LS100-22 puis déposer la carte laser contrôle
= voir chapitre LS100 -30
Disconnect the control panel cord from the CPU board.
Déconnecter le faisceau du panneau de contrôle de la carte
UC.
Remove the CPU board by 2 screws and 4 spacers.
Retirer la carte UC par 2 vis et 4 entretoises.
Use a 5 mm spanner for the spacers.
Utiliser une clé plate de 5 mm pour les entretoises.
Remove the CPU board by pulling it to the right side in order to
disconnect it.
Retirer la carte UC en la tirant légèrement vers la droite afin
de la déconnecter.
