REPLACING THE POWER BOARD -

Dismantling operation -
Nota: For all disconnection operations, it is strongly recommended not to pull on the wires in
order to avoid a risk of wrong contact.
Remarque : Pour toutes les opérations de déconnection des connecteurs, nous
recommandons de ne pas tirer sur les fils afin d'éviter tout risque de mauvais contact.
You must in first to remove the:
Remove the electronic rack = See chapter LS100-22
Retirer la carte interface laser = Voir chapitre LS100-22
Remove the interface board = See chapter LS100-29
Retirer la carte interface laser = Voir chapitre LS100-29
Remove the safety board = See chapter LS100-26
Retirer la carte sécurité laser = Voir chapitre LS100-26
Remove the cylinder attachment board = See chapter LS100-33
Retirer la carte tourne cylindre = Voir chapitre LS100-33
Remove the ON/OFF main power switch = See chapter LS100-23
Retirer l'interrupteur secteur = Voir chapitre LS100-23
Loosen the 2 screws of the solenoid valve.
Retirer les 2 vis de maintien de l'électrovanne.
Disconnect the "ALIM 48V" connector and the "VENT/ECLAIR"
connector.
Déconnecter le connecteur « ALIM 48V » et le
« VENT/ECLAIR ».
Connector « ALIM 48V » = General power supply Connector
Connector "VENT/ÉCLAIR" = VENT= Fans – ÉCLAIR = lighting
Connecteur « ALIM 48V » = Alimentation général
Connecteur "VENT/ÉCLAIR" = VENT= ventilateurs – ÉCLAIR = lumière
