REPLACING THE Y MOTOR -

Part number: Y STEPPER MOTOR SIMPLE SHAFT: 15332
Y STEPPER MOTOR KIT WITH REDUCTION AND BELT : 49056
All LS100 machines fitted before the serial number 56000 has an Y stepper motor double shafts fixed
directly on Y shaft (like on follow picture). This stepper motor is obsolete now, if you have to replace
this motor, you must update with the new motor one shaft + belt and reduction (See technical
Bulletin E02307 on focus web site.
Toutes les LS100 fabriquées avant le N° de série 56000 sont équipées de l'ancien moteur pas à pas Y
double axes qui est directement fixé aux barres d'entraînement Y. (voir photo ci-dessous). Ce moteur
est maintenant obsolète, si vous devez le changer, il faut monter le nouveau moteur avec réduction +
courroie. Voir Bulletin Technique E02307 sur le Focus
Dismantling operation -
Remove the top cover = see chapter LS100-02
Retirer la porte supérieure= voir chapitre LS100-02
Remove the right and left casing.
Retirer le carter droit et gauche.
Move forward the X bridge in order to take out
the back protective plate.
Déplacer the pont X vers l'avant afin de
déposer la palque de protection arrière
