ENGRAVING TABLE FLATNESS ADJUSTMENT –
Dismantling operation -
Remove the right & left side of the machine by 2
screws.
Retirer la tôle droite de la machine par les 2 vis.
Switch on the laser, and when the "ready to receive" message appears, press on one arrow of the
keyboard to send back X and Y axis at the origin.
We have now to check the distance between lens and table front of each Z leadscrew and to adjust if
necessary
Mettre sous tension le laser et au message « prêt à recevoir », appuyer sur une des flèches du
clavier pour renvoyer les axes X et Y à l'origine. Nous devons maintenant contrôler la distance entre
la lentille et la table et ce, devant chaque vis Z, et ajuster si nécessaire
Shift the laser head a little bit from the origin by using the down and right
arrows.
Décaler la tête laser légèrement de l'origine en utilisant les flèches vers le
bas et vers la droite.
Place a focal rod between the lens and the table and adjust the distance
by using the up and down arrows in the Z function. Then move the rod
under the lens while trying to have less gap between lens and rod.
Placer une pige de focale entre la lentille et la table et ajuster la distance
en utilisant les touches haut de bas dans la fonction Z. Ensuite déplacer la
pige sous la lentille en essayant d'avoir le moins de jeu possible
Move the laser head front of the right Z lead screw (middle of the Y way
because there is only one Z screw on right side) and place the focal rod to
check the distance. Then move the rod under the lens to validate the same
distance between lens and rod. If not, adjust the table
Déplacer alors la tête vers la droite de la table et placer la pige de focale
pour vérifier la distance .Positionner le pont à mi chemin de l'axe Y devant
la vis Z de droite. Ensuite déplacer la pige sous la lentille en essayant afin
de contrôler la même distance que la position précédente. Si non, ajuster
la table
Of course, do not use the up and down arrow keys of the Z function to move up or down the
table.
Evidemment, ne pas utiliser les flèches haute et basse de la fonction Z pour remonter la table.
