No Beam, No Error Message - GRAVOGRAPH LS100 V1 Servicing Manual

NO BEAM , no error message
PAS DE FAISCEAU pas de message d'erreur
Send a job to machine, machine receive the data from PC, push on START key, the head
go back to left corner to detect limit switch, and then X and Y are moving to engrave the
job, but there is no making:
Transfère du fichier à la machine, la machine reçoit les informations, appui sur START , la
tête se déplace au coin gauche, afin de détecter les fin de courses , puis les axes X et Y se
déplacent, pour graver le fichier, mais aucun marquage :
Run the "SELF TEST" job from the firmware (see chapter about firmware tree) in order to
be sure that the problem is not coming from the file sent to machine, run the self test,
you should have "TEST" text engraved on plate.
Graver le fichier "SELFT TEST" depuis le firmware machine (voir chapitre fimware) afin de
valider que le problème ne soit pas dû au fichier envoyé par le PC , graver le selftest, la
machine doit graver le mot TEST
Stick a paper tape front on the right side of the bridge, and then run the "SELF TEST" job,
the paper should burn at the first engraving second. –STOP THE ENGRAVING AND
REMOVE PAPER
Coller un papier sur le pont à droite, puis graver le fichier SELT TEST depuis le firmware, le
papier devrait bruler à la première seconde de gravure – ARRETER LA GRAVURE ET
RETIRER LE PAPIER
If all previous controls do not help you to solve the problem, you should control the
connection cable between the COHERENT laser tube and interface laser board, if this
cable is not connected, there is no beam from tube, and no error message on display, only
with COHERENT tube
Si à la suite des test précédents, toujours pas de tir laser, il faut contrôler la bonne
connexion du cordon relient la source COHERENT, à la carte interface laser. Si ce cordon
n'est pas connecté, il n'y a pas de tir laser, mais pas de message d'erreur non plus, et ce
uniquement avec source COHERENT
To be sure that the problem is not coming from firmware or CPU board, be sure that the
firmware machine is to the latest version, and then reload it one time to avoid corrupted
firmware.
Contrôler la version de firmware pour être certain que le problème ne vienne pas de la
carte UC ou d'un firmware corrompu, au besoin recharger le firmware.
By respecting the laser security instruction, put, the safety goggles and the remove the
laser tube cover, remove the optical mirror from optical unit it is perhaps damaged if not,
put a paper tape front of the hole, now run the "SELT TEST" job, if the paper do not burn,
it means that the problem is coming from the tube, you should replace the tube.
En respectant les consignes de sécurité Laser, mettez vos lunette de sécurité laser, puis
déposer le carte de source, ainsi quel e miroir du bloc optique, contrôler l'état du miroir,
s'il n'est pas détérioré, coller un papier devant la sortie de la source, puis lancer le « SELF
TEST » si le papier ne brule pas immédiatement, il faudra procéder au remplacement de la
source.
