Why are some of my email messages
not reconciling over the wireless
network?
If you are not in a sufficient wireless coverage
area, your email messages will not be reconciled
over the wireless network. See the printed
documentation that accompanied your handheld
for more information on wireless coverage levels.
If you are in a sufficient wireless coverage area
and you want to initiate email reconciliation from
the handheld, in the messages list, click the
trackwheel. Click Reconcile Now.
Can I reconcile with my personal

email folders?

Yes. If you are a Microsoft Exchange user and you
use personal folders, you can reconcile email
messages with personal folders using BlackBerry
Desktop Software. If wireless email redirection is
enabled on your handheld, you must still use the
desktop software to reconcile your email messages
BlackBerry
with your personal folders. See the
Desktop Software Online Help
for more
information.
Can I remotely empty the deleted
messages folder on my computer?
Yes. In the messages options, click Email
Reconciliation. Click the trackwheel. Click Purge
Deleted Items. Click On.
To use this feature, your handheld must be
integrated with an email account using BlackBerry
Enterprise Server version 3.6 or later for Microsoft
Exchange and wireless email reconciliation must
be enabled. Verify that your handheld radio is
turned on and that you are in a sufficient wireless
coverage area. See the printed documentation
