4-3 Oven Malfunction

Oven burner will not light [Broil / Bake burner] (Electrical)
Oven burner
will not light.
*Turn on the cooktop burners to
check whether the gas is properly
supplied.
Ok
*Check whether the Hot surface
ignitor(HSI) is properly heated.
Ok
*Check the current of the safety
valve terminal. [3.3-3.6A]
