■Drive unit or servo amplifier
When an alarm occurs on the drive unit or servo amplifier, the status becomes servo-off, but the main circuit power supply is
not shut off, so shut off the main circuit power supply using an external sequence. Input the emergency stop signal of the
controller to the operating drive units or servo amplifiers to change all axes to servo-off. After canceling the alarm on the drive
units or servo amplifiers, the operation is enabled again by turning on the error reset command from the controller.

Description
If an alarm occurs on the drive unit, shut off the main circuit power supply by using an external sequence.
Turn on the main circuit power supply while the alarm on the drive unit is deactivated.
If an alarm occurs on any of the axes, input the emergency stop signal of the controller to change all axes to servo-off.
