Keys Screen
The Keys screen can be used to play notes into a Note sequence cell or Gate cell.
1.
On the Main screen, select a Note or Gate Sequence cell.
2.
Touch Keys to display the Keys screen.
3.
Touch Rec at the bottom of the screen to start recording.
4.
Touch keys on the screen to play notes into the sequence.
5.
Touch Rec again to stop recording.
Now, when you go back to the main screen and look at the selected Note sequence cell, the Notes
you played on the Keys screen are in the piano roll. When you look at the selected Gate sequence,
gates are added at the time when you pressed any key on the keyboard.
Note:
•
Notes played on the Keys screen are only heard after the sequence loops back after recording the notes. You will not
hear the notes as you play them.
