INTRODUCTION
The FX-209 rotary mower is designed for cutting right of way, pasture maintenance and
shredding crop residue. This mower is designed for medium to heavy duty applications.
Such as weeds, grass, corn stalks and light brush up to 2" (51mm) diameter.
These mowers are multi-spindle with free swinging blades. Free swinging blades reduce
the shock impact when a stationary object is hit. Additional protection is provided by a
slip clutch on the gearbox input shaft.
The FX-209 is a versatile and unique design. The
machine
can
be
pulled
on
four
different
configurations: Trailing Hitch, 3 Point Hitch, Semi
Mount Hitch and Semi Mount Swing Hitch. The
non-trailing configurations can be either pushed or
pulled. The non-trailing configurations are also
available with either hydraulic or manual rear wheel
beam height adjustment. The FX-209 can also be
used in a pushing configuration mounted to either a
Schulte FM-350 or FM-115 front mount frame.
Standard equipment includes driveline shields,
clutch shields and front and rear discharge shields.
With proper maintenance as described in the manual, your cutter will provide you with years of dependable
service with minimum repairs.
It is recommended that all operators of this implement read this manual or be instructed of its contents as to
safety, proper operation, and maintenance before beginning operation.
When ordering replacement parts for this cutter, gearboxes, or drivelines, be sure to specify the serial number.
The serial number is located on the front, left tube of the center frame.
The place warranty into effect, fill out the warranty validation form in full and return it within thirty (30) days of
the date of purchase.
