Is a voltage input to pins 1
and 2 of CN5002 on the HC-51
board?
Yes
Does the fans*1 (2 pcs)
connected to the HC-51 board
operate correctly?
Yes
Is a voltage of 24 VAC input to
pins 1 to 4 of CN1003 on the
PS-858 board?
Yes
Is a voltage of 24 V output from
pin 3, and is a voltage of 5 V
output from pins 4 and 5 of
CN2501 on the PS-858 board?
No
When you short pins 10 and 9
of CN2003 on the PS-858 board,
is a voltage output from pins
3 to 5 of CN2501?
No
Is a voltage of 5 V output from
pins 4 and 5, while a voltage of
24 V is not output from pin 3 of
CN2501 on the PS-858 board?
Yes
Does a voltage at pin 8 of
CN2501 on the PS-858 board
become 3.3 V a little later after
the power is turned on?
Yes
Replace the PS-858 board.
