Is the power LED
lit when 12 V DC, 24 V AC
or PoE is input?
Is the voltage 48 V
applied between pin 6 and
pin 5 of IC1 on the PS board
when PoE is supplied?
Is 12 V DC/24 V AC
applied between pin 1 and
pin 2 of AC/DC converter
(SWR1) on the PS board when
12 V DC/24 V AC is supplied?
Is 10 V DC applied
between pin 6 and pin 5
of AC/DC converter
(SWR1)?
Is the correct voltage
(3.3 V/1.2 V/2.5 V) output
from DD1 (pin 17/pin 14/pin 11)
of the PS board respectively?
Is the correct voltage
(5 V/3.6 V/3.3 V) output
from DD2 (pin 17/pin 14/pin 11)
of the PS board respectively?
Is the correct voltage
(+15 V/_8.5 V or _5.5 V) output
from DD3 (pin 11/pin 8)
of the PS board respectively?
Is the symptom improved
by replacing with another
SY board?
Replace the SY board.
