RF Settings
Lock/Unlock:
Once enabled, the front panel buttons are disabled until Unlock is deselected.
Backlight:
Selects the length of time the backlight on the LCD remain turned on: Always on, 30 seconds, and 5 seconds.
Rx Power:
Allows user to turn off power to each receiver independently, while still allowing unit to function as a whole.
RxBat Type:
Allows the user to select the type of batteries used in the DCR822, giving the battery status indicator increased ac-
curacy.
TxBat Type:
Allows the user to select the type of batteries used in the transmitter connected with the DCR822, giving the battery
status indicator increased accuracy.
TxBat Timer:
Gives user two timers, one for each transmitter with alerts, to avoid signal drop under sudden loss of power.
TxBat Icon:
Choices between: Voltage, Bar Meter, or Time. Allows the user to customize the interface of each receiver.
Auto On:
Allows the user to enable/disable the feature of the unit turning automatically when batteries are inserted or A/C is
connected.
Edit Names:
Allows user to rename each receiver to their preference.
Date & Time:
Allows user to set current date and time, useful for labeling scenes and takes.
Locale:
Allows user to set location as either North America(NA) or European Union(EU).
Default:
Allows user to reset the unit to factory settings.
About:
Gives details about the unit including: Band, microprocessor software version number, and FPGA software version
number.
Audio Settings
Audio Level:
Allows user to set Audio Level per channel. Also allows user to enable 1kHz audio tone for level setting.
