6.5 Removing the Motor with
Timing Belt Side Drive

DANGER!
Danger to life upon contact with live
parts! Switch off power! Check that
the unit is de-energized! Provide inter-
locks to ensure that power supply
cannot be switched on accidentally or
by unauthorized persons! Ground and
short-circuit the unit. Cover or fence
off live parts of the plant!
WARNING!
The toothed belt is pretensioned. Take
care when loosening the mounting
screws on the motor.
•
Remove the covers from the protec-
tive profile as required.
Gear ratio i = 1 ! 6.4.4, 6.4.5:
•
Loosen the motor mounting screws.
•
Loosen the tensioning unit on the
motor-side belt pulley. Tapped holes
for jack screws are provided in the
tensioning units as dismantling aids.
•
Unscrew the motor mounting screws
and remove the motor.
Gear ratio i = 1.5 or i = 2:
•
Unscrew the motor mounting screws
and remove the motor.
•
Loosen the tensioning unit on the belt
pulley. Tapped holes for jack screws
are provided in the tensioning units as
dismantling aids.
•
Remove the belt pulley with tensioning
unit.

DANGER !
Danger de mort en cas de contact
avec des pièces sous tension ! Couper
l'alimentation électrique avant toute
intervention ! Vérifier que l'appareil est
bien hors tension ! Empêcher toute
remise sous tension inopinée ou non
autorisée ! Mettre à la terre ! Recouvrir
les éléments conducteurs ou les isoler
par une barrière !
AVERTISSEMENT !
La courroie est préchargée. Attention
lors du desserrage des vis de fixation
du moteur.
•
Démonter le couvercle du profilé de
protection selon les besoins.
Réduction i = 1 ! 6.4.4, 6.4.5 :
•
Desserrer les vis de fixation du côté
moteur.
•
Retirer la frette de la poulie du côté
moteur. Des filetages sont prévus
dans les frettes pour leur démontage.
•
Retirer les vis de fixation du moteur,
déposer le moteur.
Réduction i = 1,5 ou i = 2 :
•
Retirer les vis de fixation du moteur,
déposer le moteur.
•
Retirer la frette de la poulie du côté
moteur. Des filetages sont prévus
dans les frettes pour leur démontage.
•
Retirer la poulie avec la frette.

PERICOLO!
Pericolo di morte in caso di contatto
con le parti sotto tensione! Staccare la
corrente prima di qualsiasi intervento!
Verificare che non ci sia più aliment-
azione di corrente! Assicurarsi che
non si possa riattaccare la corrente
inavvertitamente o tramite persone
non autorizzate! Collegare a terra e
cortocircuitare! Coprire o proteggere
i componenti dell'impianto che si tro-
vano sotto tensione!
AVVERTIMENTO!
La cinghia dentata è precaricata. Pro-
cedere con cautela nell'allentare le viti
di fissaggio del motore.
•
Se necessario, smontare il coperchio
nel profilato di protezione.
Rapporto di riduzione i = 1 ! 6.4.4,
6.4.5 :
•
Allentare le viti di fissaggio nel motore.
•
Allentare il calettatore nella puleggia
sul lato rivolto verso il motore. Per lo
smontaggio dei calettatori si trovano
in questi set fori filettati per procedere
all'estrazione.
•
Estrarre le viti di fissaggio che si trova-
no nel motore, rimuovere il motore.
Rapporto di riduzione i = 1,5 oppure
i = 2:
•
Estrarre le viti di fissaggio che si trova-
no nel motore, rimuovere il motore.
•
Allentare il calettatore nella puleggia.
Per lo smontaggio dei calettatori si
trovano in questi set fori filettati per
procedere all'estrazione.
•
Rimuovere la puleggia con calettatore.
