Mounting the counterbearing
(only for VKK 15-50)
•
Push the first lock washer (3) onto the
screw end as a stop.
•
Push the bearing (2) manually onto
the screw end and secure it with the
second lock washer (1).
•
Carefully push the bearing flange (4)
onto the bearing and screw it down on
the housing.
Mounting the motor-side belt pulley
and motor for i = 1
Pre-mounting the motor:
•
Pre-mount the motor with the two
motor strips (3) as close as possible
to the Feed Module. This will allow
easy insertion of the belt pulley (2).
Do not tighten the motor mounting
screws yet.
Mounting the belt pulley:
•
Lightly oil the tensioning unit (1).
•
Push the belt pulley and tensioning
unit onto the motor journal.
•
Adjust clearance B to the protective
profile.
•
Mount the tensioning unit.
•
Tensioning the belt.

Mounting the belt pulley:
•
Lightly oil the tensioning unit (3).
•
Push the belt pulley (2) and tensioning
unit onto the motor journal.
•
Adjust clearance C to the motor.
•
Mount the tensioning unit.
Pre-mounting the motor:
•
Pre-mount the motor with the two
motor strips (3) as close as possible
to the Feed Module. Do not tighten
the motor mounting screws yet.
•
Tensioning the belt.

Instructions for VKK
Montage du contre-palier
(uniuement pour le VKK 15-50)
•
Introduire le premier circlips (3) com-
me butée sur l'extrémité de vis.
•
Poser le roulement (2) manuellement
sur l'extrémité de vis et immobiliser as
l'aide du deuxième circlips (1).
•
Poser prudemment la bride de palier
(4) sur le roulement et la fixer sur le
boîtier.
Montage de la poulie du côté moteur
et du moteur avec i = 1
Prémontage du moteur :
•
Prémonter le moteur avec ses deux
réglettes de fixation (3) aussi près que
possible de l'unité de déplacement.
La poulie (2) peut alors être introduite
sans problème. Ne pas encore serrer
les vis de fixation du moteur.
Montage de la poulie :
•
Huiler légèrement la frette (1).
•
Introduire la poulie et la frette sur la
sortie d'arbre moteur.
•
Contrôler l'écartement B par rapport
au profilé de protection.

Monter la frette.
•
Tension de la courroie.
Montage de la poulie du côté moteur
et du moteur avec i = 1,5 ou i = 2
Montage de la poulie :
•
Huiler légèrement la frette (3).
•
Introduire la poulie (2) et la frette sur
la sortie d'arbre moteur.
•
Contrôler l'écartement C par rapport

au profilé de protection.
•
Monter la frette.
Prémontage du moteur :
•
Prémonter le moteur avec ses deux
réglettes de fixation (3) aussi près
que possible du module de déplace-
ment. Ne pas encore serrer les vis de
fixation du moteur.
•
Tension de la courroie.
Montare il controsupporto
(solo VKK 15-50)
•
Calzare il primo anello di fermo (3)
sull'estremità della vite come riferimen-
to fisso.
•
Calzare a mano il cuscinetto (2)
sull'estremità della vite e fissare con il
secondo anello di fermo (1).
•
Calzare la sede del cuscinetto (4) sul
cuscinetto con cautela ed avvitare
saldamente al supporto.
Montare la puleggia sul lato rivolto
verso il motore e il motore con i = 1
Premontare il motore:
•
Premontare il motore con entrambi i
listelli del motore (3) quanto più vicino
possibile all'unità dell'attuatore lineare.
La puleggia (2) può essere poi infilata
senza difficoltà. Non serrare ancora le
viti per il fissaggio del motore.
Montare la puleggia:
•
Lubrificare leggermente con olio il
calettatore (1).
•
Infilare la puleggia e il calettatore nel
codolo del motore.
•
Regolare la distanza B verso il profila-

to di protezione.

•
Montare il calettatore.
•
Tendere la cinghia.
Montare la puleggia sul lato rivolto
verso il motore e il motore con i = 1,5
oppure i = 2
Montare la puleggia:
•
Lubrificare leggermente con olio il
calettatore (3).
•
Infilare la puleggia (2) e il calettatore
nel codolo del motore.

Regolare la distanza C verso il motore.
•
Montare il calettatore.
Premontare il motore:
•
Premontare il motore con entrambi i
listelli del motore (3) quanto più vicino
possibile all'attuatore lineare. Non
serrare ancora le viti per il fissaggio

•
Tendere la cinghia.
